How much is shipping?
For any order with a subtotal of $75.00 or more, shipping is free within the contiguous USA!
Orders larger than 20,000 sq ft will usually ship via freight carrier – call us for a quote!

How is my Radiant Barrier order shipped?
All orders under 20,000 square feet are shipped via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground service (for commercial addresses & residential deliveries) offers an average transit time shown on the map to the right. Ground deliveries are not time-guaranteed but they are usually on time. Exceptions can include weather delays, traffic delays and delays resulting from mechanical failures. If you have a time-sensitive order you have two options: order a few days early so in the event of an unexpected delay you still have your material on time, OR you can upgrade your shipping to an expedited/guaranteed service by calling us and placing your order over the phone. *Please note that expedited service cut off time is 1pm CST M-F.
For orders over 20,000 square feet you should contact us at 800-595-8772 to discuss the best shipping options. We can provide full crates, truckloads via freight carrier, and limited courier services upon request.
We also offer expedited shipping via FedEx for 2-Day delivery and FedEx Next Day (overnight) delivery; to get the real-time costs/quotes on those options, please call us at 800-595-8772. Cutoff time for express services like 2-Day and Overnight is 2pm CST.
When will my order ship?
Orders that are placed before 4PM Central Standard Time (CST) will ship the same day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4PM will ship the next business day.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! If you are in the Dallas/Ft Worth area you may pick up your order instead of having it shipped. See our pick up info page for more details.
Considering gas and the time involved, you should consider letting FedEx ship your order even if you live within the DFW area. The typical delivery time is 1 day (orders will be delivered the next day) and shipping is free if your order is at least $75.00 before tax! However if you need your product the same day you order it, then pick up might be the right choice for you. See our Pick Up Info page for hours, instructions, etc.
How many days will it take to get my order?
With FedEx Ground service, it can take from 1-4 business days depending on where you are located; see the FedEx shipping map above for your area. Canada deliveries are usually 7-12 days.
Example: If you place your order on a Monday, before 4pm CST, the map will show 2 days transit time. This means it ships out Monday, travels (in transit) 2 days and is expected to arrive on Wednesday before the end of the day – with Ground you cannot specify the exact time they will deliver it. Transit times do not include the day it is shipped. Ground is not a guaranteed service, so please plan accordingly by ordering early to allow extra time for delivery in case of delays.
If you are shipping to a residential address, the delivery days are Tuesday – Saturday. For example, if you are in Ft Worth (1 day delivery time) and you place an order on Friday before 4pm, your order will deliver the next day on Saturday. However if you are in Memphis (2 day delivery time) and you also place an order on Friday before 4pm, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. For residential deliveries the off days are Sunday and Monday, for business deliveries the off days are Saturday and Sunday.
Ground shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time, but 2-Day and Overnight services are guaranteed through FedEx, with the exception of inclement weather and acts of God. If you have a time sensitive order, place your order a day or two early to give yourself a buffer in case delivery is held up for any reason. Delivery times are notoriously effected by any holiday season and during winter months, so plan ahead in order to avoid any expedited fees.
Hawaii and Alaska Customers
Orders to HI and AK are shipped via FedEx 2-Day service or via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx 2-Day orders arrive in 2 business days and USPS orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. The cutoff time for FedEx 2nd Day service is 2pm CST; orders placed after 2pm CST will ship the following business day. All USPS orders will ship the following business day from the day the order was placed (ex. an order placed by 4pm CST Thursday will ship out Friday afternoon).
How can I get FREE SHIPPING to Hawaii and Alaska?
If you are an Amazon Prime customer, you can shop our radiant barrier foil products on Amazon and take advantage of FREE Prime Shipping on most orders. Just add the item to the cart and checkout as usual, then Amazon will ship your item(s) from their warehouse to you. There are knock-offs posing as us on Amazon, so be sure you’re buying from us!

How will I know my order has shipped?
If you placed an order by 4pm CST and you received your email confirmation/receipt timestamped before 4pm, then your order will ship the same day. To verify this you will receive an email in the late afternoon the day your order was shipped, the email will include your FedEx tracking number so you can track the order.
If you place your order after 4pm CST, you will receive your FedEx tracking number the following business day when your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once FedEx has picked up your order from us and you have been sent the email with the tracking number, you can track your order at FedEx.com.
