Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Pick up is currently only available in Argyle, Texas (address is below). If you are outside of that area, FedEx shipping is available. Pick up hours are Monday – Friday (with the exception of holidays) from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm. NO PICK UPS ON SATURDAY/SUNDAY.
As an Internet-based business, most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in north Texas. For local customers this means a NEXT DAY DELIVERY for orders placed before the cut off time Monday – Friday. For the convenience or our local Dallas/Ft Worth (DFW) area customers who need their orders faster, call ahead to arrange a pick up at our warehouse between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, or you can call to ask about our same-day courier service within the DFW area.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm Monday – Friday will be available for pickup on the following business day at 3:30 pm. Please note that for pickup orders, you will still need to place your order (online or by phone) and pay for it before you can pick it up.
Can I pay when I get there?
We do NOT accept any forms of payment and we cannot process or accomodate walk-in orders; all ordering and payment must be done through our website or by phone prior to pick up.
When will my order be ready to pick up?
Orders are ready for pick up daily between 3:30pm and 4:00pm on weekdays (excluding holidays that fall during the week), hours are subject to change. You must CALL AHEAD to arrange your pick up day/time. If you place your order after 3:00 pm, your order will be ready the following business day. If you place your order after 3:00pm on Friday, your order will be ready the following business day. You do not need to call and check on your order; simply arrive between 3:30pm and 4:00pm with a copy of your receipt (hard copy or digital copy) to pick up your order.

If Argyle is not convenient for you to pick up, consider having your radiant barrier order shipped; delivery time within the DFW area is typically one day/next day delivery via FedEx Ground and most orders ship free!
I’m trying to place an order but I don’t see the option for pick up.
To avoid confusion for our customers who are not in the DFW area, the pick up option only appears after a zip code has been entered on the checkout screen. This is a way to ensure that the pick up option is only available to those customers who are within driving distance to the pick up location.
To place an order for pick up, simply add an item to your cart and begin the checkout process. Once your zip code is entered, the shipping options will automatically refresh and if the zip code is within a 200 mile radius of the pick up location, your option to pick up will appear right next to the FedEx option. To complete the order as a pick up, select Pick Up as your shipping method and then proceed with finishing your order. *For the “Shipping Address” fields, please type in your BILLING address info for whatever card you’re using to finish the checkout.
Wait until you see a confirmation page and/or get an email with your receipt before heading over to our pick up location. If you don’t have a receipt, we don’t have your order! (Or your email address was entered incorrectly!) If you’re having trouble placing a pick up order online or need to verify the email address was correct, give us a call and we can help.
What if I can’t make it there the same day to pick up my order?
If something comes up and you aren’t able to pick up your order the same day you place it, don’t worry! You can just come the following business day to pick it up. A couple of days is ok, but please be aware that you should make arrangements to pick up your order within 1 week of placing it. All orders not picked up within 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee.
